FAQ

Why do you have an FAQ section when the most frequently asked question is “Where can I find Misceo?”

Originally we had FAQ’s because our high-priced marketing consultant said “You need FAQ’s because everyone has it on their websites. It’s like door locks on 24 hour convenience stores, even though you don’t use them you have them there anyway” Then our marketing consultant left to join a post-modern, neo-marginal Pythagorean dance company and his replacement confided in us that he didn’t really understand why we needed an FAQ section either. His recommendation was “Look, the one question people seem to have is “Where can I find Misceo?” So just add a store locator and lose the “FAQ’s” Which we did.

So why are you looking at an FAQ section? It’s called “future-proofing” You see, between our expanded retail presence at Total Wine and the nice things being said about us everywhere from Forbes to Wine Enthusiast, we figure more “Q’s” are inevitable, so why not be ready for them with a section created just for them?

Actually, if we had our way, we’d probably break with tradition and call this section “FQ’s” as opposed to “FAQ’s”. Why? Well, when you think about it, the “A” in “FAQ’s” is kinda redundant. I mean we’re talking “Questions”, right? And what makes them “Questions” is the fact they’re “Asked” right? So why not just call it “Frequent Questions” or “FQ’s”? When we shared this with our marketing consultant, he said he wasn’t comfortable with the idea as it represented a “departure from the norm”. To which we responded “Seriously??! We’re a super-premium, multi-award winning coffee liqueur, founded by a Chassidic rabbi’s granddaughter and you’re worried that going from “FAQ” to “FQ” is “a departure from the norm?!”

Whatever. If you’ve got questions that our site/store locator can’t answer, just drop us a line at info@misceoliqueurs.com. Just please make sure they’re Misceo related.
