MISCEO Coffee Brownies

5 oz. bittersweet chocolate chopped

6TB. Margarine ½ cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup MISCEO Coffee Liqueur

¼ tsp salt

2 large eggs

½ cup flour

½ cup mini chocolate chips


Grease and flour an 8x8 inch pan. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine chocolate, margarine, sugar, vanilla, MISCEO Coffee Liqueur, and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Make sure the bottom does not burn. Let the mixture cool. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time then fold in flour and chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick inserted should have a few crumbs not wet batter. The recipe doubles really nicely baked in a 9x13 pan.
